With the stock valve stem seal, oil falls when revving continuously to 9,000 or higher. HKS valve stem seal was designed to ensure oil does not fall even up to 10, 000rpm testing with the HKS Drag GT-R. 
The valve stem seal is included in HKS Head System Step Pro. Using this item alone with the stock cylinder head is also effective.
